This is a one time offer for new clients to participate in a 1 on 1 with one of our expert trainers for free. The trainer will assess the athlete for potential muscular weakness and possible injuries. The trainer will lead the athlete through certain exercises that will help improve these weaknesses and improve their overall athleticism.
The trainer will assess the athlete for potential muscular weaknesses and possible injuries. The athlete will receive a personalized workout plan and 1 on 1 training with one of our expert trainers. They will start with corrective exercises and move to our speed and agility program to build on their strengths and improve overall athleticism.
This small group training will help athletes recover from injuries while getting faster, jump higher, & get quicker. We assess athletes for potential injuries. We help reoccurring rolled ankles, muscle pulls, and more. Flexibility, Core, Balance, & Plyometrics.

Corrective exercise speed camp is for athletes who want to get faster, jump higher, quicker, and recover from injuries from a previous season. Such as reoccurring rolled ankles (grade 1), groin pulls, hamstring, shoulder, issues and more. We will focus on flexibility, core, balance, plyometrics, and later speed/agility.
Athletes will learn how to move properly after getting assessed for muscular strengths/weaknesses and potential injuries. We help stop athletes from getting hurt, while making them more athletic than the competition.
